CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND NOTE ON ARTICLE 13 GDPR

I agree that NovaTaste Austria GmbH, Adolf-Schemel-Straße 9, A-5020 Salzburg, may process my title, my name, my e-mail address, my date of birth and my address for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition and accept the terms and conditions of participation including the privacy policy by participating in the competition.

Notice pursuant to Article 13 GDPR 

You acknowledge that NovaTaste Austria GmbH, Adolf-Schemel-Straße 9, A-5020 Salzburg, processes the following data for the purpose of conducting and processing competitions: – Salutation (gender) – First and last name – E-mail address – Date of birth – Address (country, street, house/staircase/door, postcode, city)

The data you provide will be transmitted exclusively for the processing and dispatch of the respective winning competition partner (e.g. industry partner, supplier, producer of NovaTaste Austria GmbH) and postal service provider (e.g. Post AG) (see point 3. Your data will be deleted immediately after the end of the competition, unless there are statutory or product-related retention obligations or retention rights. Your data will not be used for other purposes.

The legal basis for the processing steps in the implementation and processing of competitions is the contract concluded between you and NovaTaste Austria GmbH in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If the data required by you is not provided, participation in the competition is not possible.

Detailed information, in particular on your rights according to Art 12 et seq. GDPR, can be found in the privacy policy.

Conditions of participation The competition is organised and handled by NovaTaste Austria GmbH in cooperation with various partners. The personal data such as name, address, email address, etc. of the participants are available to our service providers for contacting and processing the competition, but will not be published or passed on. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. The participation of employees and their relatives of NovaTaste Austria GmbH and all other associated companies is excluded.

Expiration The specific course of the competition, the modalities of participation, the competition period (start and end) and the prize to be won can be found directly in the description of the respective competition.

Participation in competitions on social media takes place by means of a public contribution or interaction of the participants ("participation contribution") in or with the public competition posting, such as in particular by commenting, contributing texts, photos, videos or other works as well as through special interactions such as "likes", "shares", etc. The required type of participation fee will be described in detail in the competition posting. In the case of competitions at trade fairs or other events, participation is made by means of the prize cards to be filled out.

The winner will then be selected at random.

Processing of the competition It is not possible to compensate the prize in cash, in other tangible assets or to transfer it to other persons. The winners can waive the prize.

The winners will be notified promptly by e-mail or social media comment and transmit their address via private message in Messenger. The prizes (as stated) will then be delivered by post after confirmation of the winner's address.

If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize in writing to the profile or e-mail address gewinnspiel@novataste.com within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited.

If the addresses or e-mail addresses provided are incorrect or invalid, NovaTaste Austria GmbH or its service providers are not obliged to search for correct addresses. The disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details are at the expense of the participants.

Disclaimer The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application/banner may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to claims by the participants against the organizer. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases in which, for technical reasons, e.g. infection of the computer system with viruses, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software, or for legal reasons, the proper implementation of the competition becomes difficult, influenced or impossible. Entries made by other means (e.g. by post) cannot be considered

Hints All inquiries and information regarding the competition must be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address gewinnspiel@novataste.com. Each participant is entitled to revoke their participation in the competition at any time by e-mail, as well as to request information in writing about their personal data stored by us and any recipients.

NovaTaste Austria GmbH reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons, insofar as this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing and in particular to prevent abuse or for other reasons.

Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the conflict of law provisions.

All personal and functional designations used in these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the masculine form also apply in the feminine form.
