WIBERG
The WIBERG brand originates from the Salzburg region. It was born in 1947 from the idea of serving butchers with ready-made spice mixtures of consistent quality. Today, WIBERG stands for worldwide technological expertise in the production of meat and sausage products. In addition, the brand is considered a specialist in sausage casings. In addition to the classic range, the Competence Center Casings develops individual casings adapted to customer needs as well as innovative Deco Quick® spice coatings. WIBERG also offers an extensive food service range as well as the WOW range for end customers with its own WOW online shop.
Gewürzmühle Nesse
Gewürzmühle Nesse is the oldest of our brands. Founded in 1880 as the drugstore "J. Staez jun.", it was later particularly known for its gingerbread spice. In addition to the development of seasoning mixtures for meat, Gewürzmühle Nesse – in the immediate vicinity of the major North Sea ports – also specialised in taste and function for fish products. Gewürzmühle Nesse also stands for a diverse range of high-quality organic products and is considered a leader in this area in the brand range.
Gewürzmüller
Founded in 1896 as "Conservierungs und Gewürzsalzfabrik" in Stuttgart, Gewürzmüller has made a name for itself worldwide in the food industry. With a wide variety of flavours, you can still find indispensable classics from the butcher's range, as well as creative variants from all product areas that inspire generations of customers. Since the 1990s, the BITEC® food cultures from Gewürzmüller have been ensuring safe and tasty products in the areas of meat and fish as well as vegan alternatives.
BiTEC
As one of the pioneers in the field of ingredients for the butcher's trade, the Gewürzmüller brand quickly became one of the most sought-after suppliers for the meat industry. Since the 1990s, BITEC's® food cultures have been the brand's flagship product, along with many other innovative products.
Mühlehof-Gewürze
Mühlehof-Gewürze was founded in Switzerland in 1979. Since then, individual blends have been created there - also in "BIO Knospe" quality - with intense seasoning power from their own spice mill, produced by hand. This means that even small order quantities can be produced and delivered quickly. Since the opening of the new warehouse in Schwarzenbach in 2019, there has been more space for spices and optimized logistics. The many products "Made in Switzerland" serve discerning producers as a solid basis for their high-quality products, which meet Swiss tastes precisely.
AMcO
Founded in Poland in 1998, the AMcO brand develops and produces spice blends, marinades and functional active ingredients for food manufacturers. The focus is on meat, fish and ready meals. AMcO's technologists work with industry leaders and local butchers to develop exceptional products tailored to the needs of customers. This is how well thougt out taste compositions and technological solutions are created. AMcO helps its customers to grow with reliably high product quality and solution-oriented way of working.

Founded in 1992, the Redbrook brand is known in the UK and Ireland as a technology-savvy ingredient and innovative solutions partner. The brand is considered an expert in the production of high-quality tailor-made ingredient mixes and supplies a wide range of customers – from local artisanal butchers to large food processing plants. Under the name Dandy Lions, Reedbrook sells honey, maple syrup and sugar syrup for savoury and sweet applications. Under Unique Ingredients, the brand offers solutions in the field of smoking and grilling. This range ranges from clean-smoke and smoked ingredients to products for frying, grilling and browning.
