All signs point to poultry
Nutritious, high in protein, low in fat and inexpensive, poultry meat brings many of the current demands to a common denominator. There is a lot of potential in chicken, turkey and co. At IFFA, NovaTaste will be presenting crispy poultry frankfurter sausage, turkey ham with smoke alternative and with an attractive and delicious Deco Quick® coating. In the convenience segment, it is best to try the crispy chicken skewers with creative dip sauces and chicken bowl masala.
Creating convenience food
NovaTaste offers everything for the perfect taste, function and texture , as well as special technologies for the production of ready meals of all variations. The in-house experts support customers as early as the product development stage, from the idea to the end product. With the new patented BITEC COTTO® technology, cooked cured products and boiled sausage products can now be produced completely without the addition of nitrite or nitrate. Nevertheless, the final product has the characteristic sensory properties of cured goods - full curing aroma and attractive appearance. The innovative BITEC® COTTO not only achieves very good results for a wide variety of calibers and products. It also follows current food trends and the increasingly important positive health aspect.
