High-quality venison

Wild animals spend their lives in nature in a species-appropriate way, move a lot and feed on fresh grasses, herbs, berries and the like.

People who like to eat game can rejoice, because the meat is considered particularly valuable nutritionally.

It has plenty of protein, unsaturated fatty acids, the important vitamins of the B group and the minerals iron, selenium and zinc. In addition, it is considered low in fat and has up to 20 percent less fat content than the meat of farm animals.

Hare, wild boar, deer and roe deer are often found on our plates. Poultry such as duck and pheasant are also popular.

Venison is delicately fibred, tastes varied and can be prepared and combined in many ways

If you want to emphasize the taste of game meat, season discreetly with juniper, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary

In addition to roasts, ragouts and minced meat dishes such as cevapcici and meatballs, numerous sausage products can also be made from game meat. 

Whether bratwurst, meatloaf, raw cured meat, raw sausage or spreadable liver sausage - customers appreciate the variety in the counter.

Autumnal sauces

Our selection of practical sauces should not be missing during the game weeks. 

  • The White Sauce is perfect for ragouts and, refined with mushrooms, fits ideally into autumn cuisine. 
  • The Brown Sauce is used to optimally complement (game-)pork – such as knuckles and roast pork – as well as poultry. To do this, simply mix the right stock with the Brown Sauce. 
  • Dark meat is best combined with the pot roast sauce . A red wine note and spices provide variety.
