We Love Bratwurst

Bratwurst is as much a part of the barbecue summer in Germany as sun and ice-cold drinks. This German speciality is a must when outdoor enthusiasts heat up the grill and the coals glow. The bratwurst is already a pleasure when prepared in the classic way, but with our modern interpretation we take it one step further. Together with Roast Pork Rustic – which provides pepper, caraway and garlic notes – and fried onions enjoyed as a bratwurst wrap, we offer you a creative alternative for the next barbecue party.

This is how it works: Spread mashed potatoes on wraps and fill them with sauerkraut and bratwurst. Drizzle with a sauce of coarse mustard and horseradish. Roll up, sprinkle with fried onions and Roast Pork Rustic and bake in the oven for about 6 minutes. We wish you bon appétit!
