The field of activity of the 6-member team under the leadership of Karl Stranzinger is really very broad. And – to put it simply – it covers almost all areas of food production. In addition to the artisanal production of high-quality meat and sausage products, the professionals also accompany exciting projects from ketchup to soup and mashed potatoes. Meat alternatives or trends in international national cuisines are also no problems.

"As a versatile team, we have a wide variety of professional backgrounds, such as master butchers, cooks or food technicians," explains Karl Stranzinger.

Geographically, every federal state is covered. However, this would not be possible on our own: "Thanks to distribution throughout Austria and the very good and close cooperation with strategic trading partners, we and our products are always close to the customer," Stranzinger explains the approach.
